It is manufactured by Amprobe Instruments and is designed for testing and measuring electrical circuits. The device can also measure resistance and current, making it a versatile tool for electricians and technicians. Comes with a leather case with instruction booklet, cords, clamps, energizer, all attachments and an extra fuse.(see photos) Case is a bit rough and has loose stitching on one side.
