Item: vintage semiconductor assortment including AD162 metal-can germanium transistors, RCA CA3102E integrated circuits, and mixed TO-220 style power transistors and ICs in through-hole packages.

Round metal power devices include several AD162 germanium transistors in TO-3 and TO-66 style cans with stamped legends such as "AD162 737" visible on the tops.

Plastic power semiconductors are primarily TO-220 and similar three-leaded packages together with one spring clamp style transistor heat sink, as shown in the detailed photos.

Inductor section includes two larger and two smaller toroidal coils sealed in plastic bags with yellow paper notes handwritten "1,3 mH 4,5 A CONRAD 09.Okt.1997" and "1,8 mH 1,5 A CONRAD 09.Okt.1997."

Four small board-mount transformers or chokes are present with markings beginning "N27.N" and multiple tinned pins for PCB soldering.

DIP integrated circuits include a group of RCA devices with legends such as "CA3102E RCA 631," "CA3083 RCA 610," and "CA3096AE RCA 001" along with additional CA-series parts visible in the photos.

Another group of DIPs is marked with codes including "TFK M128T," "TFK BZ M128T," "FP03467 844 KOREA," "FP03724 944 KOREA," "MPQ2222 K9322," and "AMPQ3467 826" representing a variety of logic and analog IC types.
