Operation Method

A. Preparation before operation

Read the instruction manual: Before operation, please carefully read the product operating instructions.
Check the appearance: Check whether the appearance of the electric valve is damp. If it is damp, it needs to be dried. If other problems are found, they should be dealt with in a timely manner. Do not operate the valve with faults.
Confirm the flow direction: Clearly determine the flow direction of the medium and check the valve opening and closing signs.
Long-term shutdown inspection: For the electric device that has stopped for 3 months or above, be sure to check the clutch before starting, confirm that the handle is in the manual position, and check the insulation, steering and electric circuits of the motor.

B. Starting and Running

Connect the power: Connect the external power supply, turn on the power switch, and the indicator light will be on.
Select the mode: Local control: Turn the switch to the RUN position, the motor will rotate. Control the motor speed through the knob at the bottom of the SPEED CONTROL.
Execute the operation: Press the \"on\" or \"off\" button to start the valve. When the valve is fully opened or closed, it will automatically stop working.
Adjust parameters: Adjust the discharge volume to the desired setting (such as a minimum of 0.01ml) according to the actual needs.

C. Operation completion

Reset: After successful operation, Adjust the speed control knob (if applicable) to the minimum position, set the timer (if applicable) to \"zero\", then turn off the power switch and cut off the power.
Cleaning: Wipe the mixing rod clean, and there should be no water droplets or dirt residue on it.

Attention

Operation monitoring: When the valve is operated on the site, the valve opening and closing indication and valve stem running condition should be monitored, and the valve opening and closing degree should meet the requirements. In the process of opening and closing the valve, if the signal indicator light has wrong indications or the valve makes abnormal noises, the machine should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner.

Close in place: When the valve is operated on the site to be fully closed, the electric valve closing can be stopped before the valve is closed in place, and a micro motion can be used to close the valve in place.
Power management: After successful operation, it is recommended to turn off the power supply of the electric valve.
Special operation:
- Multi-valve operation: When multiple valves are operated simultaneously, attention should be paid to the operation sequence, and the production technological requirements should be met.
