Failures to follow manufacturer’s instructions to assemble, install, operate, or download proper software etc. are no grounds for return as defect.

International buyer

Buyer is responsible for paying any import tax, duties and customs charged by your destination and releasing the item from the customs, post office etc.

Item/s no picked up by the buyer from the customs will be considered delivered and not eligible for returns or refund.

Buyer is responsible for returned item undelivered to given address, failed delivery attempts, unpaid customs, and unclaimed item from your local delivery agency etc. or returned for any reason other than seller fault.

Fasteners etc.

Amount of threads on the shaft change accordingly with length

Please check first if the fastener you are about to purchase is suitable or compatible to what you are using it for.

Not using proper bit or failure to drill a proper thickness and depth pilot holes WILL BREAK the screw or make it strip that does not mean the screws are defective and will not be eligible for returns as a defective.

All the coating application is applied by the manufactures and NOT us.

Please note that the seller does NOT provide any guaranty or warranty on the performance of the fasteners / nails / staples / brads etc. improper use or application of these items may cause serious injury or damage to the item itself.

Fasteners #6 and below are designed for very light application and specific use as described by the manufacturer and misuse, over tightening, wrong application or use of impact drivers over torque etc. will cause the heads to break and cannot be returned or exchanged. This also applies to all the other #’s when over torqued or wrong applications.

Some of these fasteners are intended for very light applications, please contact or visit the manufacturer’s web site for more information.

***Improper use / application / or use of impact drivers on certain size and type of fasteners may cause the heads to break off you might need to drill pilot holes the screws might even break despite pilot holes depending on the screw, type of wood and/ or the toque used to drive the screw etc. Bits longer than 2” and torque bits will cause problems such as heads breaking off, slipping, stripping, cavatate etc.

( Bits longer than 2“ have greater chance to break the screws)

***** Not using PROPER BIT (worn-out bit) or failure to drill a proper THICKNESS and DEPTH pilot holes for long screws WILL BREAK the screw or make it strip, that does not mean the screws are defective and will not be eligible for returns as a defective.*****

We recommend that if you are concerned with the coating or the strength of the screw is to purchase small quantity and try it first before making a large order to see if the fastener you are about to purchase is suitable for your application.
