Features:

Direct Replacement: Designed as a direct replacement for SP745 in fit, form, and function for most applications. Compatible with 780-002 lockout kits and Robertshaw ICU systems. Upgrades your old ignition control with microprocessor technology and diagnostic LED
Lockout & Retry: Provides 90 seconds of spark, then a 6minute purge delay between ignition attempts. After 3 unsuccessful trials (no pilot flame sensed), the module enters a 1hour lockout period. After lockout, if heat demand remains, it automatically retries 3 more cycles. Manual reset also available at thermostat
Diagnostic LED: Built in green diagnostic LED: continuously ON = normal operation; OFF = internal lockout; flashing = external problem (e.g., no flame sense). Helps HVAC technicians quickly identify issues without extra tools
Electrical Specs: Input voltage: 24 VAC 50/60 Hz (requires 20 VA transformer). Pilot and main valve rating: 1 amp at 0.5 PF, combined load 1.5A at 0.4 PF. Flame sense current: 0.7 A DC at 25C / 24 VAC. Flame failure reignition time 2 seconds. Ambient temperature range: -40F to 175F (-40C to 80C). Humidity: 95% noncondensing
