DESCRIPTION OF ITEM: Other then being torn off whatever it was attached to and a little bowed it\'s in good used condition. Please see pictures and judge for yourself on it\'s condition.BEFORE BUYING:Please look at all pictures as it will be part of the description, I check and test all items that need to be checked to work or are complete. If there is little said on the description or not many pictures then the item is in good working order or as it is suppose to be or will say SOLD AS IS AS FOUND. All my items are found and bought at Estate Sales, sales and so on and and nothing from my personal collection and most are vintage and old so there may be some small issue i have missed so PLEASE if you have any questions or concerns or see something i may have overlooked on an item just please contact me BEFORE BUYING. PAYMENT:Payment is due 3 days after purchase of the item, If you need more time to pay for the item then just please contact me before then to work something out so the automatic Eligible for unpaid item case does not open from E-bay.
RETURNS:I have no problem taking returns as long as you contact me within 24 hours of the shipping service confirming delivery of the item and the problem was due to neglect on my part with the description or not as seen in the picture. It is not fair for me to take a return because you don\'t like something or changed your mind, Please understand that when you want to return something i have to eat the cost both ways and that can be very expensive for me, I\'m a very small business and every dollar counts, I will fight the return with E-bay if i feel the return is not for a legitimate reason. I WILL DEDUCT THE PRICE OF THE SHIPPING COST I WILL LOOSE FOR RETURNS STATED ABOVE.Thank you for your understanding.
