ThisHP Agilent 4194A Impedance/Gain-Phase Analyzer Measurement Unit looks to be in excellent cosmetic condition, showing little signs of wear and previous use.

I am able to power on this analyzer. The digital display is bright and clear. All of the buttons seem to respond accordingly when pressed and I was able to make various menu selections. This unit shows that it is equipped with option 350, but I am unable to verify if the option is actually present in this system. This system also comes with the probe as shown in the photos.

I lack the knowledge and equipment to test this item any further so it is being sold as-is.
