EAGLE ELECTRIC BULB FLASHER BP1008. Rated 15 to 60Watts, flashes 65 to 85 times a minute. -After disconnecting power to the lightunit, 1 - Place button into lamp socket,2 - Screw in bulb, 3 - Restore power. This unit was UL listed. They are onlyavailable as found in good used condition. Eagle is out of business, and CooperElectrical discontinued making them.

Guaranteed to work, each were tested as shown in thevideo below. Put a stop light, house light or electrical device on a flashermode easily.
