Kaye / GE Sensing / Amphenol Validator V2K Model X2010 / latest firmware version 3.62B

Professionally Refurbished / New Dallas Chip and New Clock Battery / Ready for calibration and use.

Note: The Kaye Validator V2000 has an internal Dallas Chip on the measurement board, that has a built-in non-replaceable lithium battery. Once the Chip is programmed it is good for approx. 8-9 years. The original manufacturer charges $900+ to replace the Dallas chip and will only do it, at the time of a $1300+ annual calibration.

Most of the other Validators for sale on need this chip replaced.

Also, the internal PC board has a lithium clock battery solder to it that is good for 5 years. We replace this during the refurbishment.

There is an internal NiCad UPS battery that we inspect and replace if needed.

We installed the floppy drive for reversible compatibility of older software versions.

The latest version of firmware is loaded, Version 3.62B, which works with the USB drive or Floppy drive.
