FOR PARTS OR NOT WORKING - UNTESTED. Vintage Sensitive Research Instrument Corporation precision analog DC millivoltmeter / shunt ammeter in its original fitted wood carrying case.ID: Face marked "AMPERES", 0-75/0-150/0-300 A scales. Panel marked Sensitive Research Instrument Corp., New Rochelle, NY. No factory model or serial plate visible.
IMPORTANT: Marked for HORIZONTAL use with an external 50 mV shunt. That shunt and the test leads are NOT included, so it cannot work as a complete current-measurement system. Do not connect directly to household power.
UNTESTED: No electrical input applied. Continuity, pointer movement, zero accuracy, range accuracy and calibration are all unknown. An expired 1971 calibration label is present as history only - NOT currently calibrated.
CONDITION: Dust, residue, stains, scratches and scuffs on the case; oxidation on latch, hinges and terminals; aged rubber feet. Internal condition unknown.
INCLUDED: Meter and wood case only. Sold as-is.
