* "PEERLESS": This was Cleveland Twist Drill's premium, trademarked line of high-speed reamers. They designed these specifically to maximize tool life, handle rigorous production runs, and achieve exceptional hole finishes in metalworking operations.
* "FLEX-RITE": This designates the specific structural expansion style or construction style of the reamer body, built to absorb stress and maintain precise sizing when expanding under standard machining pressure.
* The Green Tips: As noted, this is a protective vinyl, plastic, or wax dip coating commonly used by toolrooms to guard the factory-ground precision cutting flutes againstBased on the condition, these tools are New Old Stock (NOS) / Unused Vintage Surplus. Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. I am not a tool-ologist and just go by visuals. Judge for yourself please.
