This Model 5110 is designed for testing and evaluating semiconductor devices including transistors and diodes. The front panel provides parameter measurements as well as GO/NO-GO testing, device identification and fault indication.

The unit was powered on for the photographs. Both front-panel digital displays illuminate and controls appear physically intact. The interior was opened for inspection and is shown in the photographs.

Cosmetically, the unit is in good vintage condition with normal marks, scratches, discoloration and signs of previous use/storage. Please examine all photographs carefully, as they are part of the description.
