This was removed from a working XL-DC unit within whichit was recognized by the firmware and it offered the abilityto set both the large and small LCD displays to show theresults of the AC frequency measurement. It is not thoughtto be compatible with devices other than the - Frequency and Time Deviation MonitorThis plug-in card meets the specific needs of the electricalpower industry. It provides a digital display and computercompatible outputs of the following parameters:

Frequency Deviation – The instantaneous difference betweenthe locally generated frequency (typically 50 or 60 Hz) andthe precision frequency of the host Synchronized Clock.
System Frequency – The user’s locally generated frequency.
Time Deviation – The accumulated difference in timebetween a clock locked to the locally generated frequencyand the precise time of the Synchronized Clock.
System Time – (Hours, minutes and seconds) as defined by aclock running off the user’s locally generated frequency.
Local Time – Local corrected UTC time seconds throughdays. Both the display port and the communication port haveuser-selectable baud rates, parity and the number of databits and stop bits.

The monitored frequency and time deviation values areavailable via the front panel display(s), the communicationport, and the remote display driver RS-232 port.

Accumulated time drift due to user’s local frequencydifference as compared to the host clock. The user can enteran initial time offset.

Time offset input: ±99.999 seconds maximum. Entry viakeypad or communication port.
