WINDOW PREPARATION:

Begin the repair process by using your soft cloth and window cleaner to thoroughly remove all dirt, dust, dog drool, ice cream smears and greasyhandprintsfrom the rear window. Clean it inside andout because you needto be able to see through the glass to discern the breaches in the grid.Moreimportant, you need to give the conductive adhesive a clean surface to stick to.HOW TO REPAIR THE DEFROSTER TAB:

The tabs located along the sides of the defroster connect the defroster electrically to the vehicles defrost circuit. One tab is the positive and the other ground.

If a tab comes off the defroster this willmean total instantaneousfailure of the defroster.

1.Our kit is an epoxy adhesive. To use, carefully clean and dry all surfaces to be bonded from all dirt, dust, debris andhand-printsfrom the rear window.

2.Apply the completely mixed adhesive kit to the prepared surfaces, and gently press these surfaces together. Contact pressure is adequate for strong,

reliable bonds; however,maintain contactwith a tape or similar for24 Hoursuntil the adhesive is completelycured. Please,wait 24 Hours

before using the defroster.

3.Some separation of components is common during shipping and storage. For this reason, it is recommended that the contents of the shipping container

bethoroughly mixed prior to use.

4.Some ingredients in this formulation provided may crystallize when subjected to low temperature storage. A gentle warming cycle of52°C for 30 minutes

prior to mixing components may benecessary.Crystallized epoxycomponents do not react as well as liquid components and should be re-dissolved prior to

use for best results.
