If the item was shipped FREE, the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

·Attachments have a 30-day warranty - eligible for equivalent exchange.

·Rato engines have a 90-day warranty – The customer must reach out to our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped.

·Briggs & Stratton engines have a 6-month warranty. The customer should contact our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped.

·Kawasaki engines have a 1-year warranty. The customer should contact our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped

Engine Warranty Exclusions:

Abuse or Neglect: Failures due to improper use, abuse, or neglect are not covered.
Improper Maintenance: Issues from insufficient, contaminated, or incorrect oil, improper air cleaner maintenance, or overheating from debris are excluded.
Non-Original Parts: Using parts that are not original Briggs & Stratton / Kawasaki parts will void the warranty.
Incorrect Fuel: Damage from ethanol-blended fuels exceeding 10% (like E15 or E85) is not covered, especially for engines not designed to use them.
