Different from wireless spindle probes, it adopts wired signal output, completely avoids signal loss and mis-trigger caused by coolant splash and light interference.It can automatically complete tool length offset calibration, tool diameter measurement, real-time tool wear monitoring and broken tool detection during production. When abnormal broken tool is detected, it will send alarm signal to CNC system to stop processing immediately, avoiding large batch workpiece scrap and spindle collision damage.Widely applied in mold workshop, auto parts processing, precision hardware, aerospace component manufacturing and other industries with strict precision requirements.Key Specifications
