Designed to accommodate two, four, six, eight, or ten single load cells, the JB1010ST provides precise signal balancing while maintaining long-term reliability in demanding industrial and outdoor installations.

Unlike conventional junction boxes, the JB1010ST features individual cell and section signal trim capability, allowing technicians to fine-tune each load cell as well as groups of load cells for maximum weighing accuracy. This improves scale performance by compensating for uneven loading and ensuring consistent readings across the weighing platform. Any unused channels require modification before operation.

For superior protection against electrical disturbances, the JB1010ST incorporates transient protection using gas discharge tubes, helping safeguard load cells and weighing electronics from lightning strikes, static discharge, and voltage surges commonly encountered in outdoor scale installations.

The enclosure is constructed from stainless steel and rated NEMA Type 4X, providing excellent resistance to moisture, dust, corrosion, and harsh industrial environments. Its compact profile of only 1.75 inches deep allows installation where space is limited without sacrificing durability or performance. Legal for Trade sealing screws, wire, and seal are included for applications requiring tamper-evident sealing.

Featuring precision 100,000-ohm 25-turn cermet potentiometers, rugged miniature screw terminals, and eleven strain-relief cable fittings, the JB1010ST delivers reliable load cell summing and accurate signal management for truck scales, railroad scales, tank weighing systems, and other heavy-duty industrial applications.

We ship your orders by UPS. Please do not accept PO Box address as a shipping address.
The order will be processed and shipped the next business day after placing the order and payment is verified by the merchant service.
Same Day Shipping
We can guarantee to ship orders at Same Day Shipping if they are placed before 10 a.m. (PST)

Free Shipping
Items weighing less than 70 lbs will be delivered by US Postal Office in 5-8 days.
Items weighing more than 70 lbs will be delivered by truck in 5-8 days. We only ship to US 48 continental states for Free Ground Shipping. For Alaska and Hawaii shipping, please contact us through Messages for available shipping options and rates.
Free Shipping for truck orders is limited to business address with forklifts or loading docks. Extra charge will be applied to residential addresses and farms. Lift-gate service is $60 extra.
UPS
UPS delivers packages Monday to Friday and will not deliver on Saturday. This should also be taken into consideration when estimating your delivery dates. UPS does not ship to P.O. boxes.
Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within one week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
