Microsemi/symmetricom CSAC SA.45s is not a Ruofferium clock, it is a normal temperature Cesium clock, power consuption less than 0.4W, please check the manual for the specifications.
the SA.45s 10MHz Oscillator support 1pps discipline, 1pps out, analog tuning, TTL MMI interface. I already set it to 1pps discipline mode, if you need other mode, you can set by yourself.
the locking speed is very fast (about 1-2 minutes), actually it is better for digital audiophile;
