MED Online Policy Shipping:

Shipments are through Van Lines Transportation, Freight Transportation, or you may arrange local pickup at our commercially zoned dock. Shipping charges are applied to the invoice at cost plus a $150-$200 preparation fee if shipping via Freight to cover time & materials for strapping it to a pallet. No fee for Van Lines unless it needs to be strapped to a pallet. Feel free to ask for a shipping quote before buying this item. We will not ship internationally unless there is prior, written approval from Garret Purrington. If you need this item crated, contact us for a quote. We can combine shipping for multiple items.

Will the delivery be to a loading dock and/or will you have a forklift to remove the item from the truck?
