Genuine vintage MOS Technology 8563R9 Video Display Controller chip for compatible Commodore 128 and C128D computers.

The 8563 VDC generates the Commodore 128’s 80-column RGBI and monochrome video output. This is separate from the VIC-IIe chip responsible for the computer’s 40-column and C64-compatible display.

This chip has been fully tested and confirmed working prior to MOS Technology
