Return Policy

FOR ITEMS THAT SAY RETURNS ACCEPTED, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES:

• If the item was shipped FREE, the actual cost of outbound shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Any returned Items must be sent in clean condition, and with all received documents or invoices. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost; no exceptions.
• Returns must be in resalable or repairable condition. If the part is used outside of its intended capability, there is a possibility that you may not receive a full refund or even exchange

Inventory Policy

Our inventory is constantly updating, we do our best to keep it as accurate as possible. However, we are also a brick-and-mortar dealership. In some instances, seasonal items sell very fast and can be subject to temporary delays. In the rare case this happens, we place your parts on a restocking order, and the item will generally ship within 2-4 business days.

Warranty
While the manufacturer may provide a warranty for some goods sold to the customer, our warranty may supersede that supplied by the manufacturer. Unless otherwise noted;

·Customer pays for return shipping

·Attachments have a 30-day warranty - eligible for equivalent exchange.

·Rato engines have a 90-day warranty – The customer must reach out to our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped.

·Briggs & Stratton engines have a 6-month warranty. The customer should contact our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped.

·Kawasaki engines have a 1-year warranty. The customer should contact our technical support to troubleshoot the issue. Once technical support is unable to resolve the issue, we will provide a ticket number. We must receive the original engine before the replacement is shipped

Engine Warranty Exclusions:

• Abuse or Neglect: Failures due to improper use, abuse, or neglect are not covered.
• Improper Maintenance: Issues from insufficient, contaminated, or incorrect oil, improper air cleaner maintenance, or overheating from debris are excluded.
• Non-Original Parts: Using parts that are not original Briggs & Stratton / Kawasaki parts will void the warranty.
• Incorrect Fuel: Damage from ethanol-blended fuels exceeding 10% (like E15 or E85) is not covered, especially for engines not designed to use them.
