132P - PowerTrak GRP series and frame size.
III - Roman numeral three, denoting the inner-width variant within the 132P frame. Written as 132P-3 in some catalogues and price lists; the Hubbell/Gleason Reel item descriptions carry it as GRP 132P-3. Both refer to this same carrier.
