The Purchaser agrees thatthe Seller shall not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special consequential damages, to property or life, whether incidental or consequential, associated in any way with the equipment.Additionally, the Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend, and holdthe Seller harmless from any third party claims arising from any use or misuse of the purchased equipment.Regardless of the origin of any equipment, documentation provided or identification appearing upon the equipment, the equipment described and offered here is sold "as-is", "where-is", and "with all faults (if any)", and is in no way certified for, recommended for, or offered for any specific use.
