Vintage original FSI CPU/control circuit board for FSI Saturn semiconductor processing equipment.
Part / Board Numbers:
This board served as the CPU/control board within an FSI Saturn semiconductor processing system. It contains the processor/control electronics, program EPROM, interface circuitry, configuration DIP switches, power circuitry and card-edge connections used to interface with the Saturn system.
Visible components include Intel and Western Digital ICs, National Semiconductor logic, configuration DIP switches and removable/socketed integrated circuits.
The board appears to date from the mid-1980s, with an “8529” marking visible on the PCB.

Vintage used industrial electronic component. Untested unless otherwise stated. Please consider this board sold as-is and carefully review all photographs for exact condition, connector condition, component configuration and revision before purchasing.
