ENI ACG-3 RF Generator / RF Power Supply. This unit was acquired from a surplus sale and is in excellent cosmetic condition with only minor signs of use and inventory stickers.The unit powers on properly. The AC ON indicator illuminates when powered, and the RF ON indicator illuminates when the RF switch is engaged. While I do not have the specialized equipment required to fully characterize or verify RF output, I observed the following during basic testing:• Powers on without issue• AC ON indicator functions normally
• RF ON indicator functions normally
• Forward power adjust knob turns smoothly
• Analog meter responds when power is adjusted
• In Reverse Power mode, the meter needle rises above 0W as output power is increased
• Output power was intentionally kept to only a few watts during testing, as I do not have an appropriate 50-ohm RF dummy load for higher-power verificationThe ACG-3 series is a 300W, 50-ohm RF generator operating at 13.56 MHz and is commonly used in plasma processing, sputtering, semiconductor, and laboratory applications.No further testing has been performed. Due to the lack of appropriate RF test equipment, this unit is being sold as used and partially tested only.
