If your payment method is done with and E-Check through Paypal, your order will NOT ship until your check is cleared. Typically this can take 2-3 days.
Orders will be shipped to your address you have on file with , if you move it is your responsibility to keep your shipping address updated. Should the package be returned to us as un-deliverable due to an error in the address you have on file, additional shipping costs will be required to be paid before your item gets re-shipped to you.
If you receive your part damaged/defective you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your. This is to insure that we can file a claim with the carrier when applicable. Please send an email describing the damage and attach pictures of the part and the packaging for our inspection.
