This is an RF Amplifier manufactured by Cougar-Teledyne, model number AR3069. The amplifier has an F-SMA connector on each end. The specified frequency range is 100 MHz to 3.00 GHz.
From the datasheet: Frequency Range: 100 - 3000 MHz Gain: 18 dB Noise Figure: 6.0 dB Output 1dBc: +27 dBm Output IP3: +40 dBm VSWR: Input < 1.8, Output < 1.8 VCC: 15 VDC ICC: 270 mA
The gain of the amplifier over this frequency range was measured to be about 19.1 dB. The gain ripple was measured to be 0.48 dB. The amplifier requires 15.0 V and draws about 265 mA.
Measurement were made with cared-for, but ultimately uncalibrated, hobby-grade equipment so interpret the data presented here accordingly.
The amplifier was measured in a 50 Ohm environment. It is used and in working condition, with signs of normal use and wear. The Cougar-Teledyne AR3069 RF amplifier, shown in the photos, is the only item included in this listing. No cables, accessories or test equipment are included. Any test equipment shown is to demonstrate the operation of this amplifier.The photos were taken on a 1 cm grid. Returns accepted only when the serial number matches the original item purchased.
