TheBiotage Isolera One is a Flash Chromatography System thatprovides easy to operate flash chromatography in a compact and robust system. This single-channel, single collection bedflash systemhas a variable detector with a bandwidth range of 200-400 nm and a fraction capacity of up to 9.6 liters. The flow rate of thisflash chromatographcan be set between 1 and 200 mL per minute and features a gradient optimization that reduces solvent use by up to 60%. This flash chromatography system is also loaded with ACI, Accelerated Chromatographic Isolation that converts simple flash purifications into a a faster way to isolate pure compounds, reducing traditional purifications from 15 minutes to 5.
