Unlike fixed-angle tibial guides, the ADAPTEUR system uses interchangeable marking hooks that allow the surgeon to accurately position the tibial tunnel while maintaining excellent reproducibility. The Target POP (PCL Oriented Placement) Marking Hooks reference 7 mm anterior to the base of the PCL, while the Pin Simulator Tibial Marking Hook allows the surgeon to simulate the trajectory of the guide pin. The quick-release design enables rapid interchange of hooks without changing the guide frame.
