Has been thoroughly examined, carefully cleaned and tested, functions properly has no issues except that the eye lens has imperfections. Examining it out of its housing shows many tiny markings of some kind, though those are apparently not visible when in use, but there are some specks visible when in use. The one photo (the circle of light) shows the large specks visible, there are a bunch of tinier ones not visible in the photo. The lens has been cleaned carefully and brushed, but these remain for some reason, perhaps manufacturing defects. However, this lens is easily replaceable. The tiny screw for holding the eye lens housing in place is missing, so the eye lens does fall out if not taped. Also, 1-3 head screws are missing, which apparently only hold the head in place when rotated to a certain position, so they are probably unimportant. Also, plastic light housing a parent manufacturing impressment marks, though it probably doesn't use. Please see photos.
