3M 560 Polyurethane Adhesive Sealant is a high-strength polyurethane adhesive sealant that creates powerful bonds on a wide variety of surfaces such as plastics, fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), sheet molding compound (SMC), aluminum, steel, coated metal, and wood.
Works excellently for bonding both alike or dissimilar materials and is strong enough to be used confidently as a replacement for mechanical fasteners or rivets.
This formula has a 50-60 minute skin time, which is ready to accept paint soon after the complete formation of the skin. Possesses great UV resistance, high tensile strength, mid-range Shore A hardness, and permanent elasticity, making it an ideal solution for installations or long-term repairs.
Highly effective in a variety of applications and industries, including panel bonding, attaching exterior panels/metal framework, vehicle flooring attachment, transportation manufacturing (bus, rail, truck, trailer), replacement of mechanical fasteners, and much more.
