Damaged claims- We inspect our items very carefully before shipping. The packaging and inspection process for each item is documented carefully to protect us from fraud, parts removal or dishonest claims. Please bring the entire box to your local post office or FedEx to file a damage report and e-mail me the pictures immediately. The claim process can take 30-120 days to complete.
Returns:Please! Return items in the same condition as shipped. Use padding or packaging material, such as bubble wrap or crumbled newspaper wrapped around item to protect item during return. Return item in antistatic bag (if applicable), making sure to close or seal with tape.
ORDER THE WRONG ITEM? - No Worries! Tell me as soon as possible. If you let me know before I ship it that you ordered the wrong item, I can get my shipping cost back.

When you get it, write on the package, \"RTS\" \"RETURN TO SENDER\" (a couple times in RED ink, front and back, on the package) then hand it to any USPS mail person and tell them to RETURN TO SENDER and they will ship it back for free. DO NOT OPEN. Or you will have to pay for return shipping.
No refund will be issued for any modified items (soldering, firmware transfer, hard drive cover removal, etc.) Not responsible for product that has, been damaged due to improper installation, or lost data, nor the cost to recover data.
