Large original collection of approximately 150+ vintage PROM, EPROM and memory ICs from older electronic/industrial equipment.

A particularly interesting engineering/firmware archive with numerous chips retaining their original handwritten and printed identification labels, revision numbers, position numbers, dates and other programming information.

Included are multiple related and sequential sets rather than simply a random assortment of loose ICs.

Notable examples visible in the collection include:

All labels have intentionally been left intact.

Normal vintage cosmetic wear from age, storage and previous equipment use. Some labels show staining, fading or handwritten engineering notation.

Selling the entire collection together exactly as shown. I am not separating the programmed sets.
