Hi,
I have a photo interrupter for a treadmill that has failed. Unfortunately I have not had much luck finding a replacement, the motor speed sensor is a Sharp GP1A05. Please see the attached illustration. My question to the forum is, are the voltage regulator, amp, gate, and npn transistor available in one ic.
