Need Help with basic op amp circuit!

Hey Guys,

I wanted to know if someone would be able to help me out. I have these 2 questions that I wanted to solve. It's been quite a few years since I have done any type of circuitry I wanted to see if someone can help refresh my memory. If you can explain how you got the answer it would be greatly appreciated. It would help in explaining things if you could identify each component in your circuits, eg. R1, R2 , IC1, IC2, etc.
