Diagram for Automatic Close and Open of solenoid valve

Hi Everybody. Would you mind to help? I need a circuit diagram which controls a solenoid valve for an automatic control of open/close of valve depending on the level of the water in the tank. We always check the level of the tank and sometimes we forgot to open the valve and left the tank waterless or we forgot to close the valve when it is full. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

If you want to keep the tank topped up to a predetermined level, then you could use a float switch like this one.

Thank you. I will try to see the price of the float switch in our place. Your adivce is much easier than what i planned.
