voltage shift

Hello.

I am not very experienced, so I came here with a request for help.

I have a sensor which gives output voltage from 0V to 5V. The sensor supply voltage is 5V.
What I need is to shift this voltage on level from -2,5V to 2,5V and then amplify it with a gain of 2.
So the adjusted voltage would be from -5V to 5V.

I assume to use some op amp, but which one? There are many op amps on the market and since I am new to this, I do not understand all the parameters and all the types. I have found some rail to rail op amps which are powered by single 5V. Is it possible to use these to achieve my goal or these op amps can not work with negative voltage?
The whole device will be powered from 7,2V battery. So how to effectively achieve my goal?

Could you please post me some specific op amp (circuit) or something?

You will need to feed the negative supply of the opamp from a negative voltage of at least -5V. Have you got a suitable supply?
