circuit for voltage offset

I have two 0-5 volt signals that are variable. I need to intercept these two signals and offset the voltage at certain voltages. The out put would still be 0-5 volts. can anyone help.

Can you give a bit more detail?

Are the signals AC or DC? If AC, are they 0-5V RMS or peak to peak?
Are the signals to be mixed, or handled separately to give two outputs?

can you give us more details ? what does your project receive signals from ? is it low frequency ? ..
