18 vdc 20 amp output adapter?

Can anyone tell me where to find an 18 vdc, 20 amp transformer, adapter or power supply? Preferably an inexpensive one. The amp output does not have to be 20 amps, but I need it to be at least 10-15 amps, but no more than 25.

If not readily available, can someone please tell me how to make one?

When you put a couple of computer power supplies in series, you've got a very cheap supply with enough power. Three supplies with 5 volts and one with 3 volts. An other way is to modify four 5 volt supplies but that needs some study.

The supplies are normally available at garbage dumps etc, so for free So when you destroy one, no probs.
