240VAC Coil

240VAC Coil

hi im new to designing circuit and ive got a 3phase contactor with a 240vac coil im wondering on how to connect this ive got 240vac going in at A1 do i connect A2 to earth? i think im confusing myself with looking to deeply into this i was wondering if anyone could tell me,

No, don't connect to earth.

You can connect the 240V coil between Neutral and any of the three phases.
