Opening a door on a timer

Hello,

Can any one help with making a circuit using a solar panel, windscreen wiper motor and a timer. I'm am keeping chickens and would like to setup a system to open and close a small door on my chickens coop at programmable timer?

This would have to be dc as it needs to be moved around.

I would recommend using a PICAXE programmable chip and a time chip suited to it.
