anybody with some skill willing to build a circuit for me?

i have tried building some simple circuits in the past and they havent worked, so i came to the conclusion that i cant follow circuit diagrammes.
what im looking for is someone who has some experience building electronics and would be willing to build something for me for a small fee.
any takers?

what i was wanting is about halfway down, the gbc programming system, there are pdf's and all the info anyone would need, i could supply the usb port and the gbc cart connector,

as for the "small fee", i was thinking somewhere in the region of £20
