Connecting my own design for the first time

Hey, Im looking to create a Narrow band pass filter. The design I've chosen is in the link, just scroll down to the heading "Inverting Band Pass Filter Circuit". Im having trouble calculating the values for the resistors and capacitors. I've calculated them to be 470 Ohm and 67.7 nanoFarads, will this work for the frequencies between 5KHz and 10KHz to only allow current through? I'm connecting it up on a bread board. Could anyone help me please? Thanks for your help.
