Need motor timing circuit

I am looking for a continuously running timing circuit that will run a 12v motor 1-4 times daily (number of runs to be input by user), length of motor run to be 1-30 seconds per operation (length of run to be input by user). Once set, all run lengths will be the same.

I am new to this forum and new to electronics. I am handy in a lot of areas but electronics has not been one of them. On a scale of 1-10, my knowledge of electronics is about a 2, so I will probably need a lot of hand leading. I know I am asking for a lot. If this is not what you guys do, I apologize now.
