Need Automatic On/Off battery circuit diagram

Greetings to you all,
i need an antomatic on/off charger circuit diagram,
i want it operate so that when the battery is fully charged,the circuit will automatically turn off the charging process and when the battery voltage falls,the circuit should automatically switch the battery process,and when the circuit is in its off state should not drain the battery current...Thanks in advance!
