Can I do this?

Can I use 8038 IC as a FM radio transmitter(88 to 104MHz)?
Because I saw that the operating freq of that IC is in some KHz.
And I got this idea because we have done this experiment to generate FM in our lab .but I don't know how to increase its freq to Radio freq range.

sunilsuta, you should have posted this in the 'components' section.

If you mean the ICL8038, then no, it will not operate up to the FM radio band. Its specification clearly states that its maximum frequency is 300kHz.

If I use that ic to generate FM signal,later on freq up conversion will I get RF FM signal?

No. It's a sine/square/triangular signal generator. It cannot produce a modulated signal - either AM or FM.
