Was told by the company that services my water-cooled" 1-ton condo's AC that the evaporator coils need to be cleaned. The unit is 9 years old. Last time I had this service done on another AC unit in another apartment it cost me $200.00 all the while watching what the AC tech. was doing, so I decided to do it myself. It was easy .... the only difference I did from reading the directions was to spray the coils after I waited 7 mins. with water in a spray bottle, and then "sucking-out" as much of the "spray water" as possible with my shop-vac! My evaporator coils do look cleaner, and better. For under a $20.00 investment, I think it's worth a try to use this product. "The TV Man"
