This is the second CO2 laser I've purchased from orionmotortech, and just like the first one, it arrived (in 7 days!!!) with perfect beam alignment and was ready to rock & roll. Their customer service has always been great, so I expect that to continue "if" I do have any issues (I had a couple of minor technical problems, which they resolved quickly and to my satisfaction). I also bought my chiller from orionmotortech, so they are my go-to source for all things laser.
