I received some transistors that looks like they were damaged during shipping. I contacted the seller and he replaced the transistors. The seller ensure that the replacement transistors where not damage by putting them in extra sturdy packaging. The replacement transistors arrived unbelievably fast. This seller did everything possible to make sure I was a happy customer.
