The photos show everything. I am not sure of the age, definitely vintage. I just don't know how old it actually is. You can see the physical condition, it is very nice, not cracked, no pieces missing. I acquired this from a gentleman, along with several other pieces, who assured me that they all work just fine. I see no reason why it would not work just fine, but I cannot guarantee it, as I'm unable to test it. You will be buying it AS IS, NO RETURNS. The needle dances easily when you move the meter itself.
